If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return, using the details set out below.
We may ask you to return the item with its original packaging back to us free of charge. In the case of delivery of a wrong product, that product must be returned un-used.
If we ask you to return the product, we reserve the right to inspect the product and to determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective or, if your claim relates to the wrong item being delivered, to confirm that the item has not been used. If we find that it is defective or the incorrect item was delivered (and is unused):
- Vype will replace the product for you; or
- where we cannot replace the product, we may refund the amount paid.
